Rumours say Lacey Evans is pregnant just a short while after dating Ric Flair
Ric Flair and Lacey Evans started their romantic storyline on WWE just a few weeks ago. And now, the ‘Southern Belle’ has just announced that she is pregnant.
The announcement was made on Monday Night RAW this week in front of a shocked Charlotte Flair. It was implied that ‘the ‘Nature Boy’ is the father, and it comes just a few days after the female wrestler announced that their relationship is platonic.
So, just how did this happen? And is Lacey Evans really pregnant? The answer to that is 1. when a man and a woman really love each other… and 2. yes she is, but not with Ric Flair.
It is reported by Wrestling Inc. that her pregnancy is very much real and it is, obviously, not with Ric Flair. The promotion was told of the storyline not long before the RAW episode on Monday this week. This meant that they had to make adjustments.
And you can’t blame them, they were really left with no choice in the matter. To some fans, this is a great twist to the story. However, this will have direct implications to Evans’ WWE career. She will definitely not take part at Elimination Chamber now.
Earlier this month, she endured quite a beating from Charlotte to book a spot at the PPV later this month. She finally had her title shot against RAW women’s champion Asuka, but that will not happen anymore.
Not that she would care about it, but it does leave a spot to fill for the title fight now. WWE is yet to announce a replacement for her.
Who is Lacey Evans married to in real life?
Lacey Evans, whose real name is Mary Estrella-Kadlec, is married to Alfonso Estrella in real life. The two have a daughter together, Summer, and reside in Parris Island, California, United States of America.
Alfonso is reportedly a contractor who does hands-on work for his construction company. The two are, of course, married, but haven’t revealed when they tied the knot.
Evans has now just announced that she will be expecting another child later his year, who will be her 2nd kid with her husband. It is wonderful to see the WWE star living her best life with her family.
She grew up in a broken home, riddled with ‘depression, drug, alcohol abuse’. Her father wanted to become a wrestler himself but never acted on it. He died of an overdose before he could see his daughter make it in WWE.
Evans was a veteran of the Marines before she signed a contract with WWE in 2016. More than 2 years later, she made her debut at Royal Rumble 2019. She is yet to win a title in the promotion but would surely get her hands on one this year.
