Adin Ross Twitch Ban
Adin Ross has been previously criticized for his associations with controversial figures such as Andrew Tate and IShowSpeed. Adin Ross Twitch Ban History
Adin Ross’s first ban occurred on June 8, 2020, and was lifted seven days later on June 15, 2020. However, his next suspension on April 11, 2021, gained significant attention. The ban was issued when YouTuber Zias used a homophobic slur during a voice call on Ross’s stream. Ross responded by expressing his stance on Twitter. The streaming community rallied behind Ross, leading to the trending hashtag #freeadin on social media platforms. The suspension was lifted the following day, April 12, 2021.
The most notable and controversial Adin Ross Twitch ban occurred on April 21, 2022, when he was suspended indefinitely from the platform. The reason for the suspension was a 50-second clip that went viral on Twitter, where Ross was alleged to have used a homophobic slur during a voice call with another Twitch streamer, Josh “YourRAGE”.
After learning about his fifth suspension from Twitch, Ross took to Twitter to express his confusion about the indefinite ban from the Amazon-owned platform. He stated that he was unsure about the reason for the suspension. On June 4, 2022, Ross’s ban was lifted, and the streamer was able to return to the platform after a month-long suspension. The SWAT Ban
The most recent suspension for Ross was on November 10, 2022, while he was live streaming, he was the target of a swatting incident. He decided to continue the stream while the SWAT team arrived at his home. Twitch suspended his channel temporarily as a precautionary measure after he was asked to leave the room by the police officials. The ban lasted for a duration of 27 minutes in total.
