1.Jeff Hardy is going to AEW
At Jeff Hardy’s meet and greet concert, Hardy chatted with Jared Mayers in an interview where he confirmed that he is heading to All Elite Wrestling.
According to POST Wrestling, Mayers has confirmed that Hardy did say he will be joining AEW when his non-compete clause with WWE expires. Hardy also disclosed that he and Matt will have another run as a duo.
2. Working plan for WrestleMania 38 card
According to reports by Ringside News, there are many plans that Vince McMahon’s company is considering to change or not accept at the moment.
They were told by a tenured member of the creative team that WrestleMania 38’s card seems to be in order. It is important to note that these plans are never locked in WWE. This is what they said,
” Never forget that. “Vince can change it at any second.” That being said, fans should start to see that card come together.
WrestleMania is WWE’s biggest show of the year, so they want to get things right. We were told that there is a “working plan for WrestleMania right now.” Keep in mind that things are never “locked” in WWE until they actually happen, but they have a game plan.
3. Madcap Moss is cleared to return to action
Madcap Moss took a nasty bump during his match with Drew McIntyre at Saturday’s Elimination Chamber. Now he has passed a series of medical tests. But, according to PW Insider, he’s fully cleared to return to action.
4. Cody Rhodes to The Top
According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, TNT is “exploring options” for what to do with Rhodes To The Top season two footage they shot now, and Cody has left AEW is expected to sign with WWE.
Rhodes and his wife Brandi were the faces of the reality TV show. His exit from AEW and extension has left the network in a conflicting situation.
“However, they had already started filming season two, and that’s another aspect of this deal. The story is that TNT is exploring options of what to do with footage already filmed for season two, and everything is still up in the air, and decisions are likely to be made in the coming weeks.” (h/t Ringside News)
