AEW Dynamite preview: With Blood & Guts postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, AEW will broadcast a regular Dynamite show this week.
Chris Jericho explained in a tweet why the special could not take place due to too many people in the ring, but the former champion still is in action this week.
Blood & Guts was set to feature a huge match between The Elite and The Inner Circle. However, that has been postponed for now.
That didn’t stop The Inner Circle to beat up Nick Jackson with the Elite looking for a replacement last week.
Matt Hardy made his debut in AEW during the final moments and joined the Elite. The former WWE star will face off against Jericho this week, and it will be interesting to see how the old foes from WWE get on.
Cody Rhodes has been taunted by WWE legend Jake Roberts in recent weeks. Lance Archer was also revealed as the beast that could take Rhodes down a couple of weeks back, but he hasn’t been in wrestling action on AEW.
Rhodes faces Jimmy Havoc this week but Archer could play a huge role in this match too.
Kenny Omega will put his AAA Mega Campeon championship on the line against Inner Circle member Sammy Guevara.
Omega and Guevara met as part of the huge tag team match last week, and it will be interesting to see if Omega keeps hold of his title this week.
Christopher Daniels got a first-hand look at The Exalted One last week. The former TNA star wasn’t sure that an Exalted One even existed but another debut took place on AEW Dynamite last week.
Brodie Lee came out as part of the Dark Order and provided a preview of what his talents bring to AEW Dynamite.
He took out SoCal Uncensored without much of an issue. However, Daniels challenged Lee recently, and it will be interesting to see what happens next.
