AEW Dynamite preview: The TNT championship was one of the main talking points ahead of last week’s AEW Dynamite.
It features some of the best AEW stars going head-to-head in a single-elimination bracket to land the title.
One side of the bracket was revealed last week, and we are to get a couple of those matches on this week’s show.
Cody Rhodes and Darby Allin had a bit of a falling out last week, but they will be in action this time around.
Rhodes faces Shawn Spears in his TNT championship bout while Allin goes up against Sammy Guevara.
The pair were in tag team action last time when Allin attacked Rhodes after the end of the match, and it will be interesting to see how these one-on-one clashes go.
Brodie Lee was unhappy with how some of the members of the Dark Order lost their match last week. He came out and destroyed on member and didn’t want more failures from his team.
The Exalted One will now come out and show how it is done, as Lee will be in action on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
AEW Dynamite has a decent women’s roster and we would be getting a preview of what a future title fight could be.
While Nyla Rose has the title now, Hikaru Shida seems set to fight her for the crown. Before that, she faces Dr Britt Baker, who has been excellent as a heel on the microphone.
Baker vs Shida should be an exciting clash, and it will be interesting to see how this match goes.
Chris Jericho and Matt Hardy seem set for a collision course, but neither of them made any major moves last week.
However, that might change this time around as The Woken One would want to get one over Le Champion.
Jericho vs Hardy should be an excellent scarp, but their promo skills have been brilliant so far.
