“Shooting star” – A.Q.A. signs with All Elite Wrestling

Former WWE NXT Superstar A.Q.A. signs with AEW 

AEW is back with another new signing, and this time, former WWE NXT Superstar A.Q.A. AEW president Tony Khan announced last week on Wednesday that A.Q.A to A.E.W. will challenge AEW TBS Champion Jade Cargill as she was the best free agent available for an Open Challenge. 

Khan took to Twitter and made the announcement official about signing A.Q.A. He called A.Q.A. a shooting star.

She’s a shooting star, and now @_AQA10 is All Elite!

A.Q.A. responded with two tweets after the signing. First, she mentioned that her heart was overwhelmed and exchanged gratitude.

In another Tweet, she thanked Tony Khan for the opportunity and mentioned fans for providing fantastic support.

“My heart is so full. Thank you @TonyKhan, Thank you everyone at @AEWonTV Glad to be All Elite!

A.Q.A. is the fifth signing made by A.E.W. in 2022, following Jake Atlas, Brody King, Danhausen and Keith Lee. 

This is the video of her match against Jade Cargill. She showed tremendous spirit but fell short of the champion, who took our winning streak to 27.

Former WWE released star A.Q.A. debuts for AEW

AQA has made its debut at A.E.W. Dynamite, and it was her first tv match since her WWE was released back on November 4. She was a student of WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. A.Q.A. was signed by WWE in January 2021. She made her debut on March 31 on NXT and teamed with the current NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Gigi Dollins for a loss against Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae.

She made a strong comeback as he defeated Toni Storm on the April 27 NXT show, Then lost her next three matches to Sarray, Mercedes Martinez and lost in tag team action on June 1.

A.Q.A. was released from WWE on November 4 due to budget cuts after previously being “medically disqualified” due to health issues.
