Brandi Rhodes continued her war of words on Britt Baker
Dr Britt Baker could be seen in space if Brandi Rhodes gets her wish. Brandi has been attacked by Baker in recent times on AEW, and it seems Cody Rhodes’ wife has had enough.
She replied to a fan’s message on Twitter wanting a match between Rhodes and Baker at Double or Nothing.
However, Brandi replied that Baker takes on Kris Statlander at Double or Nothing and wanted her to be sent to another galaxy.
“She’s facing @callmekrisstat at #DoubleOrNothing and I can’t wait to see her get knocked into the Andromeda Galaxy.”
That is a play on Statlander’s character in the wrestling ring. She calls herself the Galaxy’s Greatest Alien and carries that gimmick quite well.
Statlander is one of the newer stars on AEW but Baker seems to be shining brighter than ever.
The dentist has juggled her wrestling career with her dentistry really well and earned a lot of praise from a wrestling legend recently.
Mick Foley knows a quality wrestler and was full of praise for Baker recently. The WWE and Hardcore legend claimed that Baker is the Bret Hart of dentist wrestlers and even used one of the Hitman’s dialogues on Baker.
Baker has been excellent on AEW recently and her first major talking point came when she continued fighting despite a busted up nose.
The AEW star has also done a great job as a heel, and Brandi has been her target for a while. It will be interesting to see how Baker does against Statlander at Double or Nothing.
Statlander has been impressive on the indie circuit, but signing for AEW is a different ball game.
AEW is one of the few TV wrestling promotions, and this will be her chance to showcase her skills to a huge audience again.
