AEW star Bryan Danielson reacts after his incredible debut match at AEW Grand Slam
Bryan Danielson, who made his AEW debut last month at All Out, faced off against Kenny Omega in the AEW Dynamite Grand Slam show.
Though the match ended in a draw, it turned out to be one of the best matches in professional wrestling of the present era. Bryan took to his Twitter and reacted about his Grand Slam match.
Danielson said with some philosophical words that when someone loves what they do, it never actually works. He also mentioned gratitude towards the NY fans for last night’s support as the crowd was jam pact and mentioned wrestlers for putting up a great show.
When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Thank you to the incredible fans in NY last night, thank you to @AEW and it’s wrestlers for putting in the work to make last night possible. #gratitude
This match turned out to be a treat as it was trending on Twitter yesterday with the hashtag “WHAT A MATCH.” Bryan made a fantastic debut just the way the fans wanted him to perform.
This rivalry between Omega and Bryan Danielson might have ended after the Grand Slam clash
The match between Kenny and Bryan ended with a time-limit draw at the AEW Grand Slam show as both the wrestlers couldn’t pin out one another in the stipulated time.
The Twitterati went crazy as they wanted a rematch between the two to see who eventually comes out on top, but all these speculations were erased by Omega through a Tweet that there won’t be any rematch.
Ain’t gonna be no rematch. #AEW #AEWDynamite #AEWGrandSlam
Fans would have wanted the rematch to happen as both the wrestlers were so evenly matched.
