Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood are on AEW and shared a hilarious response to fighting WWE’s Retribution
WWE faction Retribution has gotten a lot of people talking after they made their proper reveal a week back.
The faction had attacked many stars on Raw and SmackDown, destroyed a transformer and a ring and even called out many legends.
T-Bar, the leader of the group, has become a hit on the internet as he takes on several stars. He has become a bit of a comical figure with his responses on social media but his actions in WWE aren’t funny.
Retribution are former NXT members with three men and a couple of female athletes. They seem bent on wanton destruction but a former WWE star was asked what would happen if he fought them.
Cash Wheeler moved to AEW with his partner, Dax Harwood, after they were released from WWE. The pair are now known as FTR but back then, they were called the Revival. Wheeler and Harwood are considered as one of the greatest tag teams ever and they had a hilarious response when asked if they would fight Retribution:
We’d all get fired for violating our contracts. https://t.co/WlUCuYNnOE

Staying on top
While this was some tongue-in-cheek humour from the AEW stars, WWE contracts are notoriously written to ensure performers stick to the promotion.
AEW provides more leeway than others with most of the wrestlers performing on other brands. However, WWE is off-limits as it is a direct rival to AEW but the new promotion has put up quite a fight.
FTR are the tag champions presently and have looked good from the first second they got here. They should face another brilliant tag team, The Young Bucks, soon and that will be an incredible match.
The two teams have never met in their professional careers but are considered as the best in the business.
Retribution vs FTR might not take place in the foreseeable future but the Bucks vs FTR should happen soon.
