He lost to a unanimous decision to Mike Jackson at UFC 225. However, the loss was later overturned to a no-contest as Jackson tested positive for marijuana.

Punk officially signed in 2014 but took more than a year to train for his debut. A back injury delayed his first fight, but Punk eventually made his first appearance at UFC 203 in 2016, facing Mickey Gall. Unfortunately, he lost the fight in two minutes as Gall submitted Punk with a rear-naked choke. Punk then fought his next fight in 2018 against Jackson.

CM Punk is now All Elite (AEW)

Punk remained on the UFC roster while doing a commentary role for East coast-based promotion Cage Fury Fighting Championships. Overall, Punk’s journey with UFC will end with an 0-1 record with one no-contest.
