New AEW star Danhausen wants to help CM Punk ahead of the match against MJF
Danhausen was recently introduced by Tony Khan during this week’s AEW Dynamite. He made his debut for the AEW. Orange Cassidy and Adam Cole faced off in an intense Lights Out battle on AEW Dynamite main event. Cole went for a chair under the match, but a surprise was attached to it.
Cole pulled out the chair, and Dan came with it as he held onto it. He recently took to Twitter and mentioned that he was ready to help CM Punk for his match against MJF next week.
Danhausen wrote:
“CM Punk ~ if you need help decimating MJF with a curse on Wednesday of some sort:“
Dan has been a former ROH star, and he has been away from the in-ring action due to a knee injury and is going through rehab.
Former ROH star Danhausen has expressed his desire to team with CM Punk in the past
Dan recently did an interview with Bleacher Report where he expressed his desire to team with The Best in the World and said that he wanted to have wrestling matches with a few people.
“There is a certain place, and I don’t think it’s been a secret, that Danhausen would like to have wrestling matches with lots of people because they are all there,”“We can try to team with MJF or punch him in the groin if he tries to betray Danhausen.
“Danhausen has unfinished business with [Cody Rhodes] from, like, three years ago,” He continued. “Danhausen needs to team with ‘Pepsi Man’ CM Punk, obviously. He needs to face Adam Page because he’s calling out Danhausen at comic cons in Chicago.”
The viral independent wrestler Danhausen recently made his debut at the All Elite Wrestling. He was under the ring during the Lights Out main event match at Dynamite.
