AEW Dynamite on Friday could have the ‘Fight For the Fallen’ stage make a return, with Double or Nothing on the horizon
A rumour according to ewrestlingnews.com mentions that there is almost a certain chance of AEW bringing back the ‘Fight For the Fallen’ stage for this week’s Dynamite.
That stage includes on-stage bleachers where the fans are in the view of the camera and closest to action inside the ring.
This story developed after a fan posted an E-Mail of AEW messaging him to inform him that his seat has been upgraded to an on-stage bleacher, with the blueprint resembling the aforementioned stage.
“I’m losing my mind right now!! I just got an email from Dailys and my C4 seats are being moved to Section D, on the stage, for free for #AEWDynamite! Thank you @AEW“
This stage was last seen on July 13th, 2019 at Fight For the Fallen PPV.
During the Fight For the Fallen 2019 PPV, CEO Tony Khan revealed that it was his idea to have it staged that way, with a South Park episode inspiring him to take that step. His tweet read:
“Thank you to everyone who watched @AEWrestling #FightForTheFallen live or on @brlive US/Canada or @FiteTV elsewhere. Over a year ago I dreamed this staging watched South Park, @dailysplace was great tonight! This show wasn’t designed to profit, glad to give back to Jacksonville!”
The Double or Nothing is on the horizons and features some mouth-watering title clashes, such as the one between newly-crowned TNT champion Miro, and Lance Archer.
With the event so close to the Dynamite telecasting this Friday, this means a chance of the stage being at the Double or Nothing PPV on Sunday as well.
However, nothing is certain yet, at least about the PPV. As for the Dynamite episode, it is almost certainly going to see the ‘Fight For the Fallen’ stage make a much-awaited comeback.
