WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross confirms undergoing skin cancer diagnosis
Jim Ross is one of the most famous people in the wrestling world, having both performed and commentated. In addition, he is regarded as one of the most recognized voices of WWE.
The 69-year old recently revealed that he is undergoing skin cancer treatment on Twitter. He mentioned waiting on a radiologist for the best treatment determination, which may include radiation as well.
Ross said that he is feeling great about it and ready to attack cancer. He was overwhelmed by the support he got from the fans.
“On my way to Orlando for tonight’s @AEW Dynamite. Skin cancer confirmed. Waiting on radiologist study to determine best treatment. Likely radiation. Feeling great and ready to attack. Thanks for the support from so many.”

Ross began his broadcasting career in 1974, and currently, he is the leading announcer of AEW. Before that, he worked for more than two decades in WWE.
Along with Jerry “The King” Lawler, he was the prominent voice of the “Attitude Era”. Ross was inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame in 2007.
JR was signed by the World Wrestling Federation and made his on-screen debut at WrestleMania IX. Ross worked alongside Bobby Heenan on the show until Heenan left the WWE in 1993.
Ross has hosted various WWF events like Superstars, Action Zone, Raw is war, and Shotgun. He was also commissioned to announce the regional telecast of XFL, a professional football league co-owned by WWF.
