AEW Superstar Jon Moxley to clash with Biff Busick at the Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 8
Josh Barnett recently revealed a blockbuster match up for Bloodsport 8. Biff Busick, aka Oney Lorcan, will face recently returned AEW Superstar Jon Moxley on March 31.
Barnett took to Twitter and mentioned that Busick wanted to confront the best, and Moxley is that person for him at the top of the pyramid.
“Busick wanted to enter Bloodsport at the top of the pyramid and Moxley is there to see him crash and burn. A mat clinician takes on a human tsunami. Jon Moxley takes on Biff Busick at Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport 8.”
Bloodsport 8 will be taking place on March 31 at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas, part of GCW’s The Collective. It will happen on WrestleMania weekend, and it will be streaming-only of FITE. Several intriguing match-ups have been announced for the event.
First, Bernett has promised that there will be a fiery rematch between Minoru Suzuki and Chris Dickinson for the event. It is the first match officially announced for the event, including stars like Jonah, John Hennigan, John Morrison, and Timothy Thatcher.
Jon Moxley has been a Man on a mission since his return to AEW
Moxley was on a break as he was undergoing an Alcohol Rehabilitation program, but he has been in top form since his return. For the AEW Revolution, he will be facing the hotshot Bryan Danielson and now a match against Busick at Bloodsport.
Jon made his debut at AEW Double or Nothing 2019 and became one of the top superstars in AEW. He is on a mission and crossing many items off his list. Moxley loves Bloodsport, so the fans will be in for a treat to see him perform in the ring.
