AEW Champion Kenny Omega took a shot at Jungle Boy after he confirmed his relationship with Anna Jay
Kenny Omega has taken a swipe at Jungle Boy after retaining his title at AEW Dynamite.
Jungle Boy uploaded a photo on social media confirming his relationship status with Anna Jay after the match. Omega wasted no time in reacting to the photo saying:
“Oh geez Louise…Is this the part where some loser out there tells me, “there are things in the world more important than titles”???”
Jay is a part of AEW as a member of the Dark Order and this reveal came as a bit of a surprise. However, fans seemed to be excited and enthralled after Boy posted the photo.
The 24-year old has shown his skills in the ring by giving a tough fight to the promotion’s best. He also earned the title opportunity against Omega and fought hard before eventually succumbing to the champion, Omega.
Meanwhile, Omega is said to be battling injuries while performing in AEW and IMPACT Wrestling. He is also set to defend his AAA Mega Championship against Andrade El Idolo at TripleMania XIX. He is currently already the AEW Champion and IMPACT World Champion.
Omega cemented a legacy in wrestling with his reign at New Japan Pro Wrestling. The star began his career with a tryout with WWE, but moved to various promotions later. He became one of the most dominant faces with the formation of the Bullet Club in NJPW.
Omega has been a holder of more than 14 World Titles in his career. He is also a former IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion and IWGP Heavyweight Champion. After his move to AEW, he has taken his game to another level.
He is currently a triple champion and has battled past many obstacles along his long reign. Vince McMahon tried hard to sign Omega, but he preferred to ply his trade elsewhere and build a legacy in professional wrestling like no other.
