Former WWE Superstar Kyle O’Reilly debuts on AEW Dynamite as Undisputed Era reunites
AEW Star Adam Cole defeated Orange Cassidy this week on AEW Dynamite with the help of an old friend, former WWE star Kyle O’Reilly who made sure that Cole won the match as he took out Cassidy to allow the latter to win the game.
Cole, Bobby Fish, and O’Reilly stood tall in the ring, but The Young Bucks seemed surprised at everything as if they had no idea that O’Reilly was going to debut as a part of their group.
The former Undisputed Era group reunited and, in the end, left the ring without The Young Bucks. O’Reilly recently finished up his contract with WWE.
His last appearance was on an episode of NXT 2.0 in a loss to Von Wagner. Fans of WWE believed that O’Reilly and Johnny Gargano would eventually return to AEW because they were taking time off, but that was clearly not the case with O’Reilly.
How did the Undisputed Era break up?
The Undisputed Era is a professional wrestling stable formed by Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly. Their stable ended after the conclusion and aftermath of NXT Take Over: Vengeance Day in early 2021. After Cole attacked O’Reilly.
Reilly also talked to TVInsider, where he mentioned that this breaking of their stable was really heartbreaking.
“To a degree, it was heartbreaking because we put so much into this group,” “Groups don’t last for very long in the wrestling business in WWE. So the fact the four of us were a faction for as long as we were and accomplished so many things. That was such a fantastic ride as The Undisputed Era.
