Miro loves to play the FIFA series and even had some ominous words for David Beckham
AEW star Miro was the guest on a VENN TV show and he spoke about his love for playing games.
While he also spoke about his wrestling career and what all he would be doing on AEW, Miro was asked about his love for FIFA.
The first question was related to him challenging former Manchester United and England captain, David Beckham, on a game of FIFA.
Beckham is one of the greatest players in the history of football and an icon in the FIFA series. Miro didn’t mince his words regarding Becks but first brought out his love for the FIFA franchise:
“Everybody knows that I am the video game world champion, nobody can compete with me and FIFA is my thing.
“If there is the one game that I can play for the rest of my life, that has to be FIFA and I can proudly say that, as much as I love/hate that game, every year, I am going in a line and I am buying it for PlayStation, Xbox, for computer, for every single thing.”
The AEW star has become a huge star on Twitch and regularly streams games, sometimes alongside his wife, Lana.
Miro continued his tirade against Beckham and was asked to send a message to the former England player.
Beckham is married to former Spice Girls member, Victoria, and that seemed to be Miro’s target for now:
“You listen to me very carefully, David. I used to like the Spice Girls and then you got married to Victoria. I don’t like you, I don’t like the Spice Girls ever since and if you ever get a remote control, a controller or a real football, I am going to find you and it is going to be game over.”
This was a hilarious take from Miro as, during the interview, he also delivered lines from the cult classic Street Fighter movie.
Miro is enjoying his time since signing for AEW but his Twitch streams have been fun too. It will be hilarious if Becks did accept this challenge from Miro, and could set up a battle on who is the FIFA champion between them.
