MJF can easily be hailed as one of the best heels in the pro wrestling world currently. He has excellent mic skills and is equally talented in the ring as well. He is regarded as one of the best in AEW.
MJF and Tony Khan have been at loggerheads for quite some time now. In April, they had a heated discussion regarding their difference in opinions. That issue had been resolved temporarily until things got untoward once again as MJF missed a meet-and-greet event for AEW, one day before the Double or Nothing pay-per-view.
There were speculations of MJF not showing up at AEW Double or Nothing for his match against Wardlow. However, the Salt of the Earth did not disappoint the fans as he appeared for the match in which Mr. Mayhem won in a jiffy.
Now we do not know if it is a work or a shoot but AEW has removed him from their AllEliteWrestling.com roster page as well as the AEWShop.com store.
MJF was also not included in any of the Youtube videos that AEW uploaded last night. There was not a single photo involving MJF in any of the publicity photos sent out from AEW Dynamite.
Could AEW’s loss be WWE’s gain and is MJF heading towards WWE?
If AEW is thinking of releasing MJF then it is a certainty that other wrestling promotions will be ready to spend huge amounts to rope in the talented youngster.

MJF going elsewhere would be a huge loss for Tony Khan’s promotion. It is not easy to build heels that can get legitimate heat from the crowd. MJF is certainly of the breed that makes the fans sit up and take notice while he delivers his promos. Add to it his impressive wrestling skills and you have a complete package.
One thing is for sure MJF will not have to strive hard to find a new job. He will have enough willing employers looking to sign him. Now it will be for him to weigh out his options and make the best decision for himself.
