MJF admits his refusal for motion capture towards new AEW video games
AEW wrestler MJF has revealed that he won’t partake in any motion capture during the making of the new video games.
Talking on the Game Marks podcast, he admits that he doesn’t need money to provide his simulation in making the game more life-like saying: (h/t Fightful)
“The reason people do that is that they need money. I’m not exactly the type of guy who is hard on that. I’ve done the head scan thing for the [AEW] console game and they’ve had me pose in my different pay-per-view trunks and robes. I found that interesting, but I’m never going to be a [motion capture] guy because I don’t need the money.”
He also boasts calling himself the biggest villain in professional wrestling, while asking for a story mode in the game. MJF would also want a creation of Blood & Guts and a Stadium Stampede match in the new video game.
MJF has been one of the biggest heels in AEW leading the faction The Pinnacle along with Tully Blanchard, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Shawn Spears, and Wardlow. The Pinnacle lost to The Inner Circle at AEW Double or Nothing this year.
MJF and Guevara share a heated rivalry in recent years, and that is finally turning into a dream match on AEW. The two have established themselves as top superstars in AEW, but never faced each other in a singles match.
Guevara made headlines last year after his explicit comments about WWE Superstar Sasha Banks. AEW suspended Guevara without pay and he issued an apology to Banks later.
The two have traded shots on Twitter, including Guevara sharing a young photo of MJF, while the latter reported the post. They meet finally on June 30 at AEW Dynamite in a highly anticipated match. The leader of The Pinnacle will look to bring his A-game against the Spanish God in a match for the ages.
