AEW Superstar MJF takes a dig at Triple H’s title reign in WWE and also talks about his future
MJF recently appeared at a wrestling convention in Liverpool, England. There he interacted with the crowd during the Q & A session. He took a dig at former WWE Champion Triple H’s title reign.
He talked about his plans to chase the AEW World Championship. Maxwell said that after he’s done with Wardlow, he’ll go after the tile and have a reign of terror, which will make Triple H’s reigns a short, simple one.
“After I beat CM Punk twice in Chicago, and then we had a dog collar match after what people are calling one of the greatest feuds in professional wrestling. After that Barbaric dog collar match, I have the man completely beat, and then your guys friend Wardlow decided to give Punk my dynamite diamond ring to punch me out. So I have had a couple of set backs but to be completely honest with you, once I finished Wardlow and once I no longer have to deal with Wardlow, there is no one standing between me and AEW World Champion. And I will have a reign of terror that will make Triple H and Jeff Jarrett seem like they had short, simple title reigns.” (Ringside News Instagram)
Triple H’s run from 2002-to 2005 has been called a Reign of Terror, the same as Jeff Jarrett’s time in TNA.
AEW Superstar MJF sends a heated message to Wardlow
MJF recently took a major shot at his rival and former stablemate, Wardlow, ahead of his match on AEW Dynamite. Last week Mr Mayhem cost The Salt of the Earth his game against Captain Shawn Dean. However, MJF later revealed that he had handpicked The Butcher to teach Wardlow a lesson at this week’s Dynamite.
Later he took to Twitter and claimed that The Butcher would chop Wardlow into pieces on Wednesday Night.
Butcher is going to chop this little piggy up and I’ll never have to look at his stupid face again.
It will be interesting to see what happens to the Wardlow-MJF feud.
