Sammy Guevara rues the fact that Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson might never happen

AEW superstar Sammy Guevara showed his disappointment on Twitter about the Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson match.

Khabib vs Ferguson was nixed for a fifth time after the Russian had to pull it out due to being stuck in Russia.

UFC moved quickly to draft in Gaethje as a replacement for Khabib. However, Ferguson ended up losing the fight to Gaethje who became the interim Lightweight Champion.

Gaethje should face Khabib for the unification bout. And it seems unlikely the Russian will ever face Ferguson in the future.

There seems to be a curse on this Khabib vs Ferguson fight, and it will be interesting to see what the American does next.

Street fight

Guevara was involved in an incredible street fight recently against Kenny Omega and Matt Hardy. Chris Jericho partnered Guevara and that led to an incredible meme being born.

Guevara was chased down by his rivals who were in a golf cart. Both Jericho and Guevara were hit by the cart, but they still ended up winning the match.

This meme has been used several times already across the internet, and Guevara seems to enjoy cracking a joke.

Jericho and Hardy have been at loggerheads since Hardy joined AEW. He was released by WWE and has done a decent job so far with the street fight being his first proper outing.

AEW also witnessed to the Damascas character coming from Hardy. However, that was not enough for his team to pick up the win.

The other Inner Circle members came out to mess around, and that helped Guevara and Jericho over the line.
