AEW Dynamite did over 1 million views last night following Keith Lee’s massive debut

It has been reported that Wednesday’s live AEW Dynamite drew 1.129 million viewers on TBS, according to Nielsen via Showbuzz Daily.

This viewership % is up by 18.34% from last week’s episode, which drew 954,000 viewers. According to Wrestlenomics, this week’s Dynamite drew over 0.41 rating in the critical 18-49 demographic this week. This is up by 17.14% from last week’s 0.35 rating. 

This week, Dynamite was ranked #1 on the Cable Top 150 with a 0.41 rating in the 18-49 critical demographic. This week’s episode drew the best audience for the show since September 29. This week, the show also ranked #26 in viewership for the night on the cable. This week’s Dynamite viewership was up 52.36% from the same week in 2021.

AEW Dynamite episode saw the former NXT Champion revealed a “huge” signing by Tony Khan and has been teasing since last week. It has also been reported that Lee was set to debut immediately, which he apparently did on Dynamite this week.

Lee came in to take on Isaiah Kassidy in a qualifying match to join the AEW “Face of the Revolution” ladder match at the Revolution pay-per-view on March 6, 2022. 

He was released from the WWE on November 4, and various stars like Karrion Kross, Ember Moon, Eva Marie, Nia Jax etc. He officially became a free agent on February 3 when his non compete clause expired.

It was crazy for the fans to see Lee finally becoming an Elite and getting the recognition he deserves. They will be hoping to see more of him sooner than ever.
