AEW Superstar Thunder Rosa reacts after winning the AEW Women’s World title
Thunder Rosa finally shares her thought after winning over Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. They squared off inside a steel cage on St. Patrick’s Day Slam edition of AEW Dynamite.
They first squared off at AEW Revolution on March 6th, where Rosa couldn’t get the win. Then, however, she earned a rematch with Baker for the title. And also, a year ago, they faced off in an iconic unsanctioned “Lights Out” match.
Rosa did an exceptional job and picked up the victory after a vicious fight. It was more remarkable since the match took place in front of Rosa’s adopted hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Her husband, friends, and family were in attendance for the show.
She took to Twitter and posted a heartfelt message to describe how she felt after winning this brutal encounter.
I have no words to describe how I feel. The love, the energy, the results of yesterday’s match. Im blessed and I’m thankful. I just know there is a lot of work to be done. Gracias a mi gente por este momento tan especial. Your NEW @AEW women’s champion #ThunderRosa
Rosa won the AEW Women’s World Championships for the first time, and it happened inside a steel cage match. It was a great match. Famous commentator Jim Ross also took to Twitter and tweeted how proud he is of both the women.

Jade Cargill might be up next for Thunder Rosa
Thunder Rosa won the championship title after a hard-fought battle, but now that she is the new champion, there will be a lot of competitors in line who will be looking to target her.
The current TBS Champion Jade Cargill has already remarked at potentially dethroning the new champion. However, she has already defeated Rosa in a singles competition.
Cargill took to Twitter and posted a challenge for the new champion.
Well, this looks easy. I beat “OUR” new champ #AEWDYNAMITE
It will be interesting to see if we get to see this encounter between Rosa and Cargill.
