AEW still seems to be running high after Snoop Dogg made an appearance on New Year’s Smash and performed a splash on Serpentico.

The music mogul was on AEW to promote one of his shows. However, it was a bit of a surprise seeing him perform the move from the top of the turnbuckle.

It wasn’t the perfect splash but it got a lot of people talking. AEW wanted people to score the splash and wrestling icon Tommy Dreamer posted a hilarious verdict too:

For those not in the know, 420 or 4:20, is a term used a lot in the cannabis scene. Dogg is a known cannabis user and has endorsed the same. There are some hilarious stories regarding his use of cannabis and many other fans also had the same rating for the newly named ‘Snoopy Splash’.

Dogg also created Sasha Banks’ entrance music and has featured in several big shows. Banks, Dogg’s cousin, also posted her reaction to the splash and named it the ‘Snoopy Splash’.

The Snoopy Splash also was a bit of joke on the latest episode of the Busted Open podcast. The hosts claimed that Dogg needed to be trained more before making the move, but they believed it was entertaining and attracted the attention of many.

Dogg is still one of the biggest names in the music industry and it will be interesting to see what his associated with AEW is.

While the Snoopy Splash is a decent name for the finisher, the 4:20 Splash could also work.
