Legendary wrestler Ric Flair shares high flying top rope video ahead of his final match
Ric Flair is going all the way as he trains for his “retirement match”, which is scheduled for this July. However, the challenger should not take Flair easy. He is fully charged up and ready to make his final match memorable.
Flair took to Twitter and shared a video of him taking a top rope bump with AEW’s Jay Lethal during his practice sessions. He takes a moment before he starts stirring after the impact, but then he and Lethal laugh it off as he gets back to his feet.

He also posted another tweet giving a glimpse at what his final entrance robe will look like. Diamonds are emblazoned all over the robe as Flair makes himself lasting forever.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair had his retirement match in WWE and TNA/Impact a few years back. Unfortunately, in both the games, he lost the match. In WWE, his retirement match came against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 24 in 2008, rated as one of the greatest matches in WrestleMania history due to some iconic moments.
His retirement match in TNA came against Sting, where, unfortunately, he injured his arm during the game. Due to which parts of the game are being edited out before the airing on September 15, 2011.
Flair has made some sporadic appearances with WWE and also with NWA at their Triplemania XXIX event last year. However, the Nature Boy is geared up for his match, held for Jim Crockett Promotion’s “Starrcast” event in Nashville, TN, on July 31, 2022.
There will be a “Roast of Ric Flair” to celebrate the career of the HOF’er, and it will also allow people to tease him for his most notorious moments.
