Former Four Horsemen star Arn Anderson didn’t mince his words when replaying to Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts after this week’s AEW Dynamite.
Roberts and Anderson are both members of the WWE Hall of Fame but are currently plying their trade in the rising AEW.
Anderson has been part of AEW for a while but this was Roberts’ first appearance. Roberts confronted Cody Rhodes and claimed that he had a client that could destroy the American Nightmare.
Roberts was great on the mic and even took a shot at Anderson by claiming he would be able to do nothing in Rhodes’ corner.
Andersen didn’t take this threat lightly and retorted back on ‘Coach’s Corner’. The WWE Hall of Famer welcomed Roberts to AEW and added that the crowd were great as they remember and appreciate everything.
Andersen also claimed that Rhodes had faced two tough competitors in Wardlow and MJF but wouldn’t say much under Roberts showed off his ‘monster’:
“You’ll want to produce something produce that monster that you say you have and then, we’ll deal with it from there.
“We don’t deal in almost, we don’t deal in fantasies, we deal with something that is standing right in front of us.”
Andersen ended by suggesting that there are many free agents, and couldn’t wait to see which one will be coming into AEW.
Rhodes is one of the top performers in AEW but Roberts was excellent on the mic and also got a great response from the crowd.
Of all the free agents available, Brodie Lee is one whose name has been making the AEW rounds.
The former member of the Wyatt Family has been a free agent since 2019 December, and he is now free to join another promotion.
