Are you looking to get your hands on the Deathroot? Well, this guide will give you all the Elden Ring Deathroot locations.

In the world of Elden Ring, Deathroot is not just any ordinary item. It is a highly sought-after collectible that can offer players special rewards if traded in. Deathroot can be found in places where decay is prevalent or carried by undead bosses that are difficult to defeat. By locating and collecting Deathroot, players can aid in the battle against Those Who Live in Death.

Once you’ve collected enough Deathroot, you can trade them into the Bestial Sanctum’s priest clergyman, Gurranq. In exchange for your Deathroot collection, Gurranq will reward you with unique items, such as bestial incantations and powerful weaponry. So, keep an eye out for Deathroot during your travels, and don’t forget to trade them in for valuable rewards. Below we have Elden Ring Deathroot locations for you.

Some of the deathroot locations

Limgrave

If you’re looking for Elden Ring Deathroot locations, make your way to the Limgrave region where you can find two of these valuable items. One can be discovered in the treacherous depths of Deathtouched Catacombs, while the other can be obtained by defeating the formidable Tibia Mariner in Summonwater Village. Keep in mind that both of these locations will require skill and strategy to navigate, so be sure to come prepared with your best weapons and abilities.

Deathtouched Catacombs

When you reach the end of the catacombs in Elden Ring, prepare for a challenging battle against the Black Knife Assassin. Once you emerge victorious, don’t forget to take a moment to explore the boss room fully. In there, you will discover a chest waiting to be looted. Open the chest and claim your prize – the highly coveted Deathroot.

Tibia Mariner

To collect a Deathroot in Summonwater Village of Elden Ring, start your journey from the Deathtouched Catacombs and head east across a bridge. Keep following the road until you reach Summonwater Village. As you arrive, keep an eye out for the Tibia Mariner, a formidable field boss who is sure to put up a good fight. Defeat this fearsome enemy to earn your very own Deathroot.

Liurnia of the Lakes

If you’re searching for more Elden Ring Deathroot locations, head over to Liurnia of the Lakes. Here, you can obtain two additional Deathroots that will bring you closer to unlocking special rewards. The first one can be found in the boss room of Black Knife Catacombs. Once you’ve defeated the boss, make sure to search the room thoroughly to discover the Deathroot. The second Deathroot can be earned by defeating the Tibia Mariner in eastern Liurnia. This will be no easy task, but the reward is definitely worth the effort.

As you continue along the road, keep a lookout for the Tibia Mariner field boss who can be found to the south of the Carian Study Hall.

Altus Plateau and Mt. Gelmir

If you’re on the hunt for the next two Deathroot items in Elden Ring, be prepared for a challenging journey. Altus Plateau and Mt. Gelmir are the locations where you can find these valuable items, but both areas can be tricky to navigate due to the terrain elevation. In particular, Mt. Gelmir can be especially difficult to traverse. To avoid getting lost or turned around, it’s best to plan your route ahead of time and make sure you have the proper equipment and skills to tackle any obstacles that may come your way.

Tibia Mariner

You can find other Elden Ring Deathroot locations by battling the Tibia Mariner field boss, but be prepared for a challenging fight. To locate this formidable enemy, start at the Erdtree-Gazing Hill site of grace, which is located adjacent to Lux Ruins. From there, follow the thin path leading directly north until you reach the half-submerged Wyndham Ruins. It is in this area, which can be found in the hills north of the Grand Lift of Dectus, where you will initiate a battle with the Tibia Mariner field boss.

Forbidden Lands Hidden Path to the Haligtree

This is one of the most challenging Elden Ring Deathroot locations. It requires traversing invisible walkways.
