Where to Find Perk Blueprints in Dead Island 2?

Enhanced Perk – This is the first weapon park in Dead Island 2. Complete Bel-Air Brawl Story Quest. Then you will be able to acquire this perk as a reward from Sam B in Emma’s Mansion.
Honed Perk – You can get this from Roger at Rikky’s House in Beverly Hills.
Damaging Perk – Complete the Heart of Darkness Story challenge and unlock this perk automatically in Brentwood Sewers.
Slaughter Perk – Get to the workbench in the 3rd stage of monarch studios
Weighted Perk – Make your way to the Goat Pen Mansion and unlock this perk on the second floor inside the pink room
Lightweight Perk – Get to the Halperin Hotel and proceed further to find Curtis Sinclair’s House. You will find this perk in the first room on a table near the piano
Acid Rain Perk – You can unlock this perk at the Secure Bio Container in Beverly Hills.
Tactical Reload – Get to the northwestern region of Venice Beach. Here you can spot W.O. Rodriguez, the trader shop at the Lifeguard Tower. Get to the top floor and unlock this perk.
Relentless Perk – Complete More Than the Badge side quest and you can get this perk at the Serling Hotel
Tenacious – You can get this perk from a zombie as a drop. Get to the Halperin Hotel and find the perk on the 3rd floor.
Mind-blowing Perk – You can get this perk while completing the Blood Drive mission. Locate the workbench at the CDC Facility and get the blueprint
Accurate Perk – Make your way to the CDC HQ complex and unlock the perk on the first Workbench area.
Tear ‘n Sear Perk – Complete the Infernal Combustion Challenge and get this perk
Empowering Perk – Get to the water treatment plant and unlock the perk on a shelf inside the control room
Guardian Perk – Complete the Hero’s Journey quest to get this perk as a reward
Energizing Perk – Visit Serling Hotel and then you can defeat a zombie at the Lotusville Mall to collect the perk.
Primed Perk – Get to Ocean Avenue that’s located closer to Venice Beach. Here you will get the perk on a workbench again.
Reinforced Perk – Get this perk near Curtis Sinclair’s garage. Open the shutter and equip it
Leech Perk – Complete the Leechblade blueprint mission. You can use melee weapons and kill hordes of zombies to acquire this leech, Perk.
Skilled – Kill butcher boss and earn this as a drop reward
