Allen Jamel Lazard, an American football wide receiver with the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League, was born on December 11, 1995. (NFL). He was first signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2018 and played college football for Iowa State.
After graduating from high school, where he was awarded a 2013 USA Today High School All-American, Lazard was a highly sought-after recruit. Lazard, the career leader in receptions and receiving yards for Iowa State, was chosen for the First Team All-Big 12 in both 2016 and 2017.
Lazard played high school football at Urbandale High School and started on offense and defense all four years. In terms of receptions (105), receiving yards (2,349), touchdowns (34), and interceptions (34), Lazard continues to retain the school career records (14). Among his high school accolades is USA Today All-American, Offensive Player of the Year in 2013 by the Des Moines Register, Defensive Player of the Year in 2012, and a three-time All-State selection.
2014
Lazard chose not to redshirt and started 11 of the Cyclones’ 12 contests. In terms of receptions (45), receiving yards (593), and touchdowns (three), he came in second on the squad. For an ISU freshman, the combined totals of receptions and receiving are second all-time. He made his first career reception against North Dakota State for 48 yards, and the following week, he caught his first career touchdown pass against Kansas State. 2015
