Predicted West Ham XI to face Fulham in the Premier League
West Ham registered their third consecutive win in the Premier League with a 3-2 victory over Crystal Palace last week, thanks to goals from Javier Hernandez, Robert Snodgrass and Felipe Anderson.
Manuel Pellegrini’s men currently sit 11th in the Premier League standings and they will have a golden chance of climbing into the top ten when they make the trip to Craven Cottage to face a struggling Fulham unit on Saturday.
Fulham were drubbed 4-1 by Manchester United at Old Trafford last week and the Cottagers will be looking to get at least a point out of this game to turn their fortunes around.
Team News
Manuel Pellegrini has had plenty of injuries to contend with this season and the situation isn’t going to get any better for him this week. Andriy Yarmolenko, Carlos Sanchez, Winston Reid, Marko Arnautovic, Manuel Lanzini and Ryan Fredericks are all ruled out with long-term injuries. Lucas Perez and Jack Wilshere will be pushing for a return on Saturday.
Formation: 4-4-2
Manager: Manuel Pellegrini
Predicted XI
1. Lukasz Fabianski (GK)
The Polish veteran has made some really good stops this season and has always been a reliable presence between the sticks.
2. Pablo Zabaleta (RB)
The former Manchester City man has been in good form this season and has impressed with a number of solid shifts at the back.
3. Issa Diop (CB)
He has justified his huge price tag with some really good displays at the heart of the defence.
4. Fabian Balbuena (CB)
The Paraguayan’s strength and aerial ability are valuable assets to the Hammers’ backline.
5. Artur Masuaku (LB)
He provided impetus to the attack from the left against Palace in the last game but question marks still remain over his defensive game.
6. Mark Noble (CDM)
The veteran hasn’t made a lot of difference to the team in recent weeks and West Ham will need him to step up his game.
7. Declan Rice (CDM)
The young Irishman has been one of the revelations of the season so far and impressed once again last week in his deep role in the midfield.
8. Felipe Anderson (LM)
The Brazilian has hit top gear in the last few games and his goal against Crystal Palace was just sublime.
9. Robert Snodgrass (RM)
He has chipped in with valuable goals and assists this season for the Hammers and Pellegrini should continue to rely on him.

10. Javier Hernandez (ST)
The Mexican has rediscovered his mojo in recent weeks and scored a typical poachers goal in the 3-2 win against Palace.
11. Andy Carroll (ST)
The Englishman is yet to find his feet following his return from injury but he might get a start if Lucas Perez doesn’t make it to the eleven.
