Aphelios is a champion in League of Legends. A champion is a character controlled by the player in League of Legends. There are many different types of champions, based on their standard roles in the game and other relevant traits, which define their abilities and attributes. Aphelios Guide: Runes
Fleet Footwork
If you attack and move, you build Energy stacks. When you reach 100 stacks, you become Energized. Energized attacks grant a 20% Move Speed buff for 1 second and heal you for 10-100 (+0.3 Bonus AD, +0.2 AP). Minions’ healing is 10% effective for Ranged Champions and 20% effective for Melee Champions.
Overheal
You can use your excess healing as a shield for up to 10 (+9% Max Health). The shield is built by an additional 20 to 100% of your own or any ally’s healing.
Legend: Bloodline
The maximum number of Legend stacks is 15. Upon obtaining all 15 stacks, you gain 100 maximum health. Every time a champion, epic monster, large monster, or minion is taken out, you earn progress toward Legend stacks.
Absolute Focus
Gain an adaptive boost of up to 18 attack damage or 30 ability power while at or above 70% health (based on level). At level 1, it gives 1.8 Attack Damage or 3 Ability Power.

It is a good starting item that has eight attack damage and 80 health.
Galeforce
Galeforce has 60 attack damage, 20% attack speed, and 20% critical strike chance. Your destination’s nearest enemy with the lowest health is targeted by three missiles fired by the Active-Cloudburst as you dash in that direction. It increases damage while dealing with enemies with low health.

Galeforce
The galeforce has a 60 Attack Damage, 20% Attack Speed, and 20% Critical Strike Chance. When the Cloudburst is active, you can dash in the direction of the target and fire three missiles at the enemy near you with the lowest health. Furthermore, the damage dealt will be increased against low Health targets. With the help of the Mythic Passive, you will be granted all other Legendary items Move Speed.
The Collector
It has 55 Attack Damage, 20% Critical Strike Chance, and 12 Lethality. With Death and Taxes, an enemy champion is killed when they take damage that would reduce their health to 5% or less. Killing a champion awards an extra 25 gold.
Infinity Edge
With the help of this, you can massively enhance critical strikes by 70 Attack Damage and a 20% Critical Strike Chance. While in Perfection, you gain 35% Critical Strike Damage if your critical strike chance is at least 60%.
