Ever since the breakup of the famous Twitch streamers couple xQc and Adept back in September this year, fans have been keeping an eye on all the updates on their relationship status. There have been rumors of the two being married. The rumor of their marriage surfaced on the r/LivestreamFail subreddit. Reportedly, a post of their marriage on Reddit had a link to their Public record of the xQc and Adept filing for divorce.
The confirmation of their documents is yet to be verified, but many speculate that it’s true. Moderators on the subreddit have since deleted the original post and any linked ones, which has led to suspicions from fans.
Are xQc and Adept getting a divorce?
Reports suggest that the couple has been separated since September, but Adept has been seen making a surprise appearance on xQc’s streams, which has often led to conflict with the news of their separation. They last appeared on January 7, when a hot mic captured a dispute between them. Before muting the microphone, Adept appears to have informed the former Overwatch player that he was “violating a court law.” Due to this heated argument, about the court law discussion, the stream was immediately stopped from being aired.
The records claim that the pair filed for divorce in the state of Texas on November 14, 2022, but there are chances that the documents have been forged and altered. It also includes mention of a restraining order, which may have been the origin of the argument that broke out on-stream.
This leak is however been doubted given the secret relationship of the couple. Given that they frequently made their problems public while they were a couple, it may be difficult to believe that the information in the records was not disclosed earlier. Several significant aspects of their split may have been explained by a secret marriage and divorce.
As of now, there has been no solid information on xQc and Adept’s divorce, and that they were secretly married.
