After 20 weeks at the top, he was replaced by Novak Djokovic after the veteran won his 10th Australian Open title. Alcaraz missed the Australian Open owing to a leg injury but now he is back and raring to go.

This will be Alcaraz’s first match of the season. Top seed at the Argentina Open, Alcaraz received a bye into the second round. He played his last match against Holger Rune in the quarterfinals of the Paris Masters last year. Alcaraz suffered a leg muscle tear in the match and had to retire. Fans are elated to see him back and ready for action.

Laslo Djere

This is the fourth tournament that Laslo Djere is playing this year. He began the season by playing in the Maharashtra Open. Djere lost in the round of 16 to Maximilian Marterer. In the ASB Classic, Djere reached the quarterfinals by defeating Jaume Munar and Casper Ruud. The Serbian star eventually lost to Constant Lestienne. After a second-round exit at the Australian Open, Djere arrived in Buenos Aires.

Laslo Djere

In the round of 32, Djere defeated the Italian veteran, Fabio Fognini, with a solid performance. The 27-year-old managed to convert 3 out of 4 break points and won the match 6-4, 6-4.
