Predicted Arsenal XI to face Norwich City in the Premier League

Arsenal take on the relegation-battling Norwich City in the Premier League next. The Gunners head into this game after a 2-1 victory against Sheffield United in the FA Cup quarterfinals.

On the other hand, Norwich City would be looking to salvage three points or at least one point against the Gunners, as they look to survive in the Premier League.

Team News

Arsenal have a long list of injuries in their squad. The Gunners will be without Gabriel Martinelli, Bernd Leno, Lucas Torreira, Pablo Mari, David Luiz and Calum Chambers. Mesut Ozil and Cedric Soares too seem doubtful due to minor injuries.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Emiliano Martinez (GK)

Bernd Leno is out injured and that makes Martinez the obvious starter. The keeper was in amazing form in the FA cup tie.

Hector Bellerin (RB)

Bellerin is likely to start at right-back after being rested in the game against Sheffield United.

Shkodran Mustafi (CB)

Shkodran Mustafi should once again lead the back four as the Gunners look to keep a clean sheet.

Rob Holding (CB)

Kieran Tierney (LB)

The player has had promising games against Southampton and Sheffield United, and is likely to occupy the left-back position.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles (DM)

Maitland-Niles has looked solid this season both at right-back and his natural midfield position. The player will hope to make it to his preferred position, especially with Torreria out.

The player has been performing well in recent weeks with his dribbling skills and pace. He can cause problems to the Norwich backline.

Dani Ceballos (AM)

A smart technician on the ball, Ceballos will be hoping to continue his form, having come off the bench and scored a vital goal that sealed the gunners a place in the FA Cup semi-finals.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (LW)

The most consistent player in the squad, he will lead the Gunners and the manager will look up to his world-class strikers to deliver once again.

Alexandre Lacazette (ST)

Lacazette will likely lead Arsenal’s attack and would look to add more goals to his name. He has not been in great form and needs to score a goal or two to regain his confidence and touch.
