Here are all the details about the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 1.6 update. Will you get the Iron Man armor? Read below to know.
In the nearly two years since Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was released in September 2020, Ubisoft has released countless updates to the game. A lot of these updates are primarily intended to fix technical issues, but a majority add new content like gears and missions. With Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 1.6 update, the game is getting a whole new game mode, a return of a fan-favorite event, and more. To know more details about the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 1.6 update, read below.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 1.6 update: The Forgotten Saga
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Forgotten Saga introduces rogue-lite elements to the game, where players must explore Niflheim’s depths to conquer as many enemies as possible before they’re overwhelmed. When players reach Asgard during the game’s main quest line, they can access the Forgotten Saga mode. Once in Asgard, players can construct new buildings in Ravensthorpe, the hub area of the game.
The Forgotten Saga mode will be available once this building is finished, and there will be no power level requirements to participate in the new mode. Since players cannot take in their unlocked equipment or perks, this mode should provide a balanced challenge to all players. As a result, The Forgotten Saga should not be approached lightly and with little thought, even if you’re an experienced Assassin’s Creed Valhalla player.
Sigrblot Festival Event
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 1.6 update is bringing back the Sigrblot Festival that will feature a range of themed festival rewards. From August 4-25, players will be able to take part in the Sigrblot Festival event by returning to Ravensthorpe. As part of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s first narrative arc, new players must obtain a Settlement Level of two, reach England, and complete the first narrative arc.
Bugs and issues solved in the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 1.6 update
A number of bugs and technical issues have been addressed in this latest Assassin’s Creed Valhalla patch, as with every other update. The fixes cover the entire game, including issues with the main quest “Wedding Horns” and world event problems like Reda offering only one daily contract.
Dawn of Ragnarok expansion issues including an immovable stone block in Svaldal and an unsolvable puzzle in Alethorpis also got fixed. In addition, some technical issues related to Dual Spears finishers have been fixed, as well as some selling problems that resulted in unintended trade goods sales.

Will the game get the Iron Man armor?
According to leaked details found in the game’s files, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla fans will soon be able to harness the powers of Thanos and Tony Stark. In a new suit of armor that lets you wield a chest laser reminiscent of Stark’s own arc reactor, dataminer AndyReloads has already filmed himself strutting around like Iron Man.
It is obvious that there is an Iron Man-inspired design to your armor, especially the coloring. However, you are not Iron Man, and the rest of the design resembles those worn by the series’ technological Isu. Whether it will be released or not is not confirmed yet as the official site of the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla 1.6 update does not give any detail about the Iron Man armor.
