WWE 2K Japan recently revealed the overall ratings of WWE 2K22 for several Superstars, including the wrestler from Japan Asuka.
Asuka’s latest ratings show a major incline than seen in previous years. She has a rating of 90, which is 6 ratings more than WWE 2K20.
The previous ratings of Asuka are as follows:
WWE 2K22 Rating: 90,WWE 2K20 Rating: 84,WWE 2K19 Rating:84, WWE 2K18 Rating: 87
The 2K22 is releasing on March 11, the developer, visual concepts have slowly revealed the roster and ratings of the Superstars and WWE Legends in this year’s game. 2K Japan had the honour of announcing the former RAW Women’s Champion rating by giving her a 90 overall.
Asuka took to Twitter and reacted to this in Japanese. She doesn’t seem to be too impressed with the ratings.
“I think I’m short of about 10 points … *Expressionless face emoji*,” [via Twitter]
Japanese Superstar has been away from in-ring action for a very long time. The last time we saw the two-time RAW Women’s Champion was way back at Money in the Bank 2021, in July last year.
It was also the first WWE pay-per-view event with fans back at total capacity after closing due to the Covid-19. Unfortunately, Asuka was unsuccessful in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.
According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Japanese star returns in time for WrestleMania on April 2 & 3. Asuka has been out of action due to an undisclosed injury. However, despite her absence, it hasn’t been stopped The Empress of Tomorrow from social media.
This will be the first time the WWE 2k series will contain playable in-ring action since WWE 2k20 was released in October 2019. Additionally, 2k has confirmed that the new release will include a redesigned gameplay engine and new features.
