Becky Lynch explains meeting with fiance Seth Rollins
Becky Lynch reveals how she starting dating WWE Superstar Seth Rollins after both wrestlers took their performances to another level in the wrestling world.
Lynch made her debut in 2014, as she debuted on developmental territory NXT. She has been out of the WWE on maternity leave, and birthed her first daughter, Roux with Seth Rollins. Lynch has achieved phenomenal heights in the last 4 years after rebranding herself as ‘The Man.”
Rollins, also had a similar beginning in WWE and the two had a remarkable trajectory in their careers. The couple got engaged in May 2019, and gave birth to their first child in December 2020.
“We’ve been friends for five, maybe six years and we’ve always just gotten along so well. We’ve always been the best of friends. And yeah, we were both single at the same time and one thing led to another… and [we] burned that down with straight fire!” (h/t Radio Freiburg )
Lynch sensationally opened up to the world about their relationship after a tweet from fellow wrestler and Hall of Famer, Beth Pheonix.
WrestleMania 35 was the highlight, as Rollins upset The Beast, Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Universal title. The same night, Lynch beat Ronda Rousey to become the first woman in WWE history to hold the RAW and SmackDown Women’s titles together. She dubbed herself ‘Becky 2 Belts.’
Lynch returns to the ring potentially in 2021, after missing out for more than 13 months.
Is Seth Rollins being misused on WWE Smackdown ?
Seth Rollins is one of the most decorated atheletes in the WWE roster.
He has won the WWE Universal Championship, the WWE Tag Team Championship with ex-shield teammate Roman Reigns. Rollins has also won WWE World Heavyweight Championship, WWE Intercontinental Championship and the WWE United States Championship.
Rollins beat John Cena at Summerslam 2015, to become the first ever United States and WWE Champion simultaneously.
His recent arrival on SmackDown has not been particularly spectacular. His feud with Cesaro continues but continue to disappoint. The angle with the Mysterio family, brought him a temporary good run, but that faded away soon. Fans will be looking to book the mega star in a main-event worthy rivalry and give him another shot at the WWE titles in the near future.
