Belal Muhammad was born in Chicago to Palestinian parents. He began wrestling in high school and soon took up MMA, making his debut when he was 24 years old.
‘Remember the name‘ quickly rose through the ranks and within four years he joined the UFC. Today he is the number 12 ranked welterweight fighter in the UFC.

Muhammad then made a switch to Titan Fighting Championship. He won three straight fights and eventually the Titan FC welterweight championship.
He then landed in the UFC on the 7th of July, 2016. He made a poor start to his UFC career, losing his first fight via. unanimous decision to Alan Jouban. In the same year he lost to Vicente Luque via. KO at UFC 205.
