Bernarda Pera is an American professional Tennis player, who has been active on the WTA tour for close to a decade. The 28-year-old turned pro in 2014 and has won 3 WTA titles till date – two singles and one doubles title. Pera plays both singles and doubles and has been successful at both the ITF and WTA levels. The Croatia-born American has won nine singles and eight doubles titles on the ITF circuit besides her WTA titles.
Pera made her doubles debut on the WTA tour in 2014 but it wasn’t until 2018 that she made her singles debut and it came at the Australian Open as a ‘lucky loser’. In the same year, she broke into the Top 100 of the women’s singles rankings. She had decent results in the two following years but it was in 2022 that she got her first major breakthrough.
