Predicted Manchester City XI to face Bournemouth in the Premier League
Manchester City make the long journey to the south coast to face Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.
Pep Guardiola’s side edged past West Ham in the midweek, thanks to a Sergio Aguero second-half penalty. But they’ll have to be at their very best to beat Bournemouth at the weekend.
Bournemouth will look to bounce back and put in a better display after suffering a 5-1 thumping at the hands of Arsenal on Wednesday.

It looks like John Stones, Aymeric Laporte, Fernandinho and Gabriel Jesus will once again miss out for Manchester City.

Ederson (GK)
Ederson is City’s undisputed no.1. He should start again against Bournemouth.
Danilo (RB)
Danilo played the full game against West Ham and could be handed another start at right-back at the weekend.
Vincent Kompany (CB)
The skipper will have to produce a top performance if Manchester City are to return back home with all three points.
Nicolas Otamendi (CB)
With Stones and Laporte injured, Otamendi will continue partnering Kompany at the heart of City’s rearguard.
Oleksandr Zinchenko (LB)
Zinchenko has adapted very well at left-back and should be picked ahead of the fit-again Benjamin Mendy.
Ilkay Gundogan (CDM)
Gundogan will look to be his usual self on Saturday, protect the back four and drive the team forward whenever given an opportunity. A fantastic passer of the ball, the German midfielder is expected to retain his place in the starting line-up.
David Silva (LCM)
The Spaniard is a key component in Guardiola’s midfield and his passing and vision will be a massive asset for City at Bournemouth.
Kevin De Bruyne (RCM)
De Bruyne has looked sharper in the last few games and he’ll look to deliver the goods for the visitors on Saturday.
Bernardo Silva (RW)
One of City’s best players this season, Bernardo Silva’s reading of the game and ability to exploit even the slightest of openings make him such a lethal attacker. He is expected to get the nod ahead of Mahrez on the right wing.
Leroy Sane (LW)
Blessed with explosive pace, dribbling skills and unpredictable movement, Sane will look to wreak havoc against the Cherries.
Sergio Aguero (ST)
Aguero has been in rampaging form this campaign and he should look to continue his amazing form at the weekend.
