Clash Royale, an online strategy game by SuperCell, is a multiplayer game in which players fight in real-time using decks made of 8 cards. These cards are classified as Common, Rare, Epic, and other rarities. Legendary cards, which are commonly considered the strongest cards after Champions, are one such rarity. These cards are further divided based on their category — Troops, Buildings, and Spells.
Legendary cards are available in Clash Royale, each with its own set of abilities and weaknesses. The best Legendary cards which can be used in a range of offensive and defensive techniques and decks can be found here.

S Tier
These are some of the most overpowered Legendary cards in the game. They are extremely versatile and can be used in any deck. Another benefit that these top-tier cards have is that they are very low cost. Electro Wizard is the only one that costs 4 elixir.

A Tier
These are some great cards but you will need to carefully build your deck around them. Mega Knight is a great defensive card for taking out hordes of squishy troops like goblins and skeletons. You will need a decent tank to use Night Witch and Graveyard optimally.

B Tier
These are some niche cards. They can be very powerful if you know exactly when and how to use them. Ice Wizard is really helpful in slowing down pushes and while the Sparky can take out almost all troops in a single hit. You will need some practice to use the Ram Rider and the Magic Archer optimally.

C Tier
The cards in these tiers are only helpful if your deck has trouble dealing with a particular combo. Inferno Dragon is a great defensive unit that can build a devastating offensive push if you have a good tank. Mother Witch is great at dealing with squishy units and turning them into her little hogs for offensive push and chip damage.

D Tier
These cards are really not that useful. Lavahound is far out of the meta and you can use it you want to confuse your opponents. It is only viable in an all air deck along with Balloon and minions. Fisherman’s main goal is to activate the King Tower early. But after that he loses all utility and will get stomped on by the enemy units.
