Mike Tyson lost his cool and repeatedly punched a passenger
Kelvin Gastelum has had his stay about the Mike Tyson punching incident on an airplane. Tyson was on a JetBlue flight and a video surfaced of him destroying a co-passenger after landing multiple punches.
Further videos confirmed that Tyson did not act without reason. The man in question was taunting and irritating Tyson throughout the flight and well, he got what was coming to him.
Gastelum, who knows Tyson well, came out in defence of the former boxing World Champion. The MMA star claimed that Tyson is actually “calm” these days. Gastelum also blamed the man for Tyson’s reaction and didn’t want others to be like him.
The MMA star also claimed that the man who Tyson attacked was “drunk, annoying and rude.”
“Drunk, annoying and rude.
“Pls don’t be like this guy folks.
“I’ve been around Mike and he’s an extremely calm person these days.
“This guy must’ve really brought it out of him.”
Fans come out in support of Mike Tyson
Normally, an unprovoked attack or a serious attack from a trained fighter on a regular person leads to a lot of criticism on social media.
However, things were a little different this time around. Many came out in support of Tyson and blamed the man for all that he got.
It is also interesting to note the comments of Tyson’s spokesperson. It has been claimed that the man was irritating and taunting Tyson all along, and even threw a water bottle at Iron Mike.
Suffice to say, the man got what he deserved, and he was probably lucky to just leave with a few punches and bruises.
