The boxing world gears up for Floyd Mayweather v Logan Paul
Floyd Mayweather is set to take on Youtuber Logan Paul in a highly anticipated bout between the rivals.
‘Money’ Mayweather’ weighed in at 155lbs, the heaviest in his career, which was 34lbs lesser than Paul, who came in at 189lbs at the weigh-in on Saturday.
Logan Paul, is a famous Youtuber who has made his name along with brother, Jake Paul and have over 20 million followers on the social media platform. Logan has had one competitive boxing match, which he lost against fellow Youtuber KSI in 2018.

The exhibition fight gives a higher probability of no official winner, unless a knockout ends the bout. Furthermore, the pair will compete in 8 three-minute rounds and will wear gloves weighing 10 oz.
There will even be a referee officiating the bout instead of a committee of umpires, unlike usual fights.
Additionally, this also means that Logan Paul won’t be able to better on his losing record. Mayweather will still boast an undefeated professional record post the fight.

Is Floyd Mayweather ‘The GOAT’ ?
Floyd Mayweather is one of the greatest pound-for-pound boxers of all time, ending with a 50-0 record, which subsequently included 27 KOs.
Mayweather redefined the game inside the ring with his vicious punches and his pinpoint accuracy, giving him stupendous success. He won in five categories all the way from super featherweight right up to light middleweight.
The 44-year old retired boxer also made a fortune during his professional boxing career. He is estimated to have made $US1.5billion ($1.94 billion) in revenue.
Mayweather retired in 2017 after beating UFC star Conor McGregor. He most recently fought undefeated KickBoxer Tenshin Nasukawa beating him in the opening round.
Mayweather said that he had no intention to get into the fight with Logan, but he has no problem with a nice paycheck after retirement.
The rivalry got heated between the pair over the last month and is likely to culminate in a hotly contested battle.
