Monday Night Raw’s Royal Rumble fallout edition began with an imperial segment between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley.
The post-Royal Rumble broadcast, which aired live from the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, was the first official Raw on The Road to WrestleMania 38, which is set to take place on April 3 in Texas. The All-Mighty WWE Champion arrived at WWE with his manager, MVP, to celebrate his second reign as WWE champion, which he won against The Beast on Saturday.
Lesnar picked his opponent at WrestleMania after winning the men’s Rumble match. He will battle Roman Reigns at the super event and compete for the WWE Championship inside Elimination Chamber.
The night began with a barrage of Elimination Chamber qualifying battles and finished with a segment from Ronda Rousey, who made her Royal Rumble return this year. She was victorious and came to WWE to celebrate.
Becky Lynch will face Lita at Elimination Chamber in the WWE Raw Women’s Championship match. Be a part of the action via bonus-koodi.com, featuring a prominent betting platform, and wager on a lot more action involving leading sports events.
Previous WrestleMania battles between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar were both fantastic and were two of the most violent matches on their respective cards. And that’s only the beginning.
There was so much to write home about the most recent Royal Rumble, but the best part of the first “Big Four” of 2022 was how WWE incorporated Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar’s stories throughout the show.
The two were in the limelight three times during the event, which gave a lot of weight to their forthcoming battle. After being disqualified in his battle against Seth Rollins, Reigns retained his Universal Championship, and Lesnar won the Men’s Royal Rumble after entering as the 30th and last participant.
But it was the middle half of the plot when Reigns came down and took Lesnar’s WWE Championship made the storyline seem genuinely unique.
Reigns’ methodical trek to the ring, forcing Paul Heyman to deliver him Lesnar’s belt and turn on his longtime client, was a stunning moment that demonstrated that Reigns was the company’s “Top Dog” and made the conflict feel more personal than it had ever been.
The Brock Lesnar/Roman Reigns feud seems new, with the roles reversed
Lesnar was the dominating champion both times the two superstars faced off at WrestleMania, and Reigns was the up-and-coming superstar attempting to establish a name for himself.
A lot has happened and the tide has changed since then, though, and Reigns is now firmly entrenched as not only WWE’s top heel but also its brightest star.
For the first time, going by the rich history of these wrestlers, Reigns is on top of the mountain, and Lesnar is attempting to claw his way to the summit to win the championship and eliminate Reigns for good.
This shift in the relationship between the two rivals gives the rivalry a new vibe while at the same time making it more personal. Their fights have always been fierce, but now it appears to have turned into a full-fledged blood feud.
