Bully Ray Career
LoMonaco was trained under Jonny Rodz before his debut in 1991 using the ring name Mongo Vyle. He received a tryout with ECW in 1995, appearing as Mongo, the bodyguard of Bill Alfonso.
His name was changed to Buh Buh Ray Dudley after he impressed the owner of ECW, Paul Heyman. Ray joined forces with Big Dick, Sign Guy Dudley, D-Von, as The Dudley Boyz.
They dominated the ECW by winning all the major Tag team Titles with a record eight times.
Buh Buh Ray and D-Von left ECW and joined WWF (now WWE) in 2000. The Dudley Boyz then engaged in a feud for the WWE Tag Team Championship with The Hardy Boyz and Edge and Cristian.
Bubba Ray was known for driving women through the tables, and he did so to many WWE Divas like Terri, Mae Young, Lita, Trish Stratus, Torrie Wilson, Stacy Keibler, and Jazz.
The Dudley Boyz went on to win the World Tag Team titles eight times, and WWE Tag team Champions one time. During this time, they defeated many top Tag Teams.
They left WWE in 2005 to join TNA, where they became the NWA World Tag Team Champion and two-time TNA World Tag Team Champion, Bully Ray even held the TNA World Heavyweight Championship after their team was disbanded. They spent most of their career in TNA.
The Dudley Boyz returned to WWE on August 24, 2015, again regaining their persona where they defeated many other superstars again until Summerslam after they announced their departure from WWE. The Dudley Boyz appeared at the RAW 25 years episode and gave Dudley Death Drop to Heath Slater through the table.
The stable Dudley Boyz was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2018.
