There have been some major changes to the Prestige System. Here is everything you should know about the Prestige System in Call of Duty Vanguard.
Prestige rankings are returning in the latest Call of Duty game, coupled with a Season Level system similar to what was used in Cold War last year. For each new tier you reach as you climb through the Prestige levels, you will also receive a brand-new, sparkling symbol. Prior to the release of Call of Duty: Vanguard, some fans demanded that the former Prestige system be brought back. However, the developers stuck to their guns and implemented the new system and rewards.
Prestige System Explained
The prestige system in Call of Duty: Vanguard is the same as it was in the previous two Call of Duty games. You begin the game as a member of the military. The next prestige begins once these have reached level 55. It’s a never-ending process, with each season bringing with it a new status to gain. You simply keep playing until you achieve the next prestige level. You can find it by switching to the barracks tab on your multiplayer tab. Call of Duty Vanguard Prestige Rewards
We’ve been in the preseason since the debut of COD Vanguard. On December 2nd, Season 1 officially begins with the Warzone Pacific integration. There will be three Prestiges for players to grind out during the preseason of COD Vanguard.
- Prestige 1 (Season Level 1)
- Prestige 2 (Season Level 50)
- Prestige 3 (Season Level 100)
Players will earn a Battle Pass tier skip as well as an Emblem for reaching Prestige 1. Players who advance to Prestige 2 will receive a weapon blueprint, a new Prestige emblem, and a Battle Pass tier skip. Finally, reaching Prestige 3 in COD Vanguard’s preseason will earn players a new Prestige Emblem as well as a Battle Pass tier skip. Those who achieve the highest Prestige rank in a season will also gain bragging right in the form of the account title “Prestige Master.” Your Season Level will reset when Season 1 officially begins in December, but you will maintain all of your unlocks. The progression will resume from your highest Prestige throughout the preseason.
The Prestige System in Call of Duty Vanguard is a love letter to all the grinders out there. Players will have to spend a considerable amount of time to earn each and every reward in the game. Call of Duty Vanguard is available right now on Xbox Series X and Series S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows.
