Reddish played college basketball for Duke University from 2018 to 2019. In his college career, Reddish played 36 games, averaging 13.5 points, 1.9 assists, 1.6 steals, and 3.7 rebounds per game. Subsequently, Reddish was named to the All-ACC Honorable Mention team.
