Caroline Wozniacki closed out Serena Williams’ spring collection 2020 at the New York Fashion Week.
Wozniacki, a former World No.1, modelled for her friend Serena’s “S for Serena” collection at the New York Fashion Week.
Wozniacki, who last appeared at the Australian Open, wore a giraffe-print style dress at the Spring Studios.
Williams’ latest collection is inspired by travel and easy separates that can be mixed and matched. The outfits included sequinned pieces with cut-outs, giraffe prints, and vegan leather.
This was Serena’s second New York show, having made her debut last year. Wozniacki, who had accompanied her friend in her maiden venture last year was an active presence this time.
The Dane also shared a photo of herself wearing the giraffe-print outfit to express her gratitude to Serena.
“Congratulations @serenawilliams on your #nyfw show yesterday! You killed it!! Thank you for choosing me to close out your show, where I got to walk in my first New York fashion week!!”
Serena, meanwhile, posted an Instagram video of her show in which Wozniacki could be seen walking the runway.
A happy Serena shared the video on her page with the caption:
“No better way to close out my @serena NYFW show than with my favorite song and my bestie @carolinewozniacki!”
Wozniacki, who had shared the same post, soon attracted reactions from the public with many lavishing praises upon the 2018 Australian Open winner.
