Cities Skylines II Beach Properties has been released as a part of the latest update and this asset pack has been added to the game.
Cities Skylines II Beach Properties was one of the most anticipated DLC content that players were waiting for, and it seems like it delivers on its promise. Before we dig into the DLC content, let us talk about City Skylines II as a game.
It is one of the best city-building simulation games in the market as players can effectively build and maintain their own city with this gem of a title. Tycoon games might be overlooked in the market but there is a definite cult following behind such titles. Another notable example of a tycoon game is the Roller Coaster Tycoon franchise.
Cities Skylines II Beach Properties- The Breakdown
The Cities Skylines II Beach Properties has quite some new features introduced in the game. Keep in mind that this is DLC content, and players should own the base game for this content to be available to play once purchased.
A trailer has been released for the beach properties update and it is evident that the developers put a lot of effort into getting these new features in the game. There are creative ways where players can pave the way for great properties to attract tourism and create a unique coastline highlighting the natural beauty of the city.
To start off there are 70 different unique assets in the Cities Skylines II Beach Properties DLC including a variety of 10 North American residential buildings consisting of 30 assets, 10 Eueopean residential buildings consisting of 30 assets, 6 signature buildings and 4 different trees.
There is a new residential zoning option that lets players highlight their waterfront buildings and boast their city’s coastline with these wonderful pieces of architecture. The different types of buildings in these properties include the waterfront mansions and chilly beachside cottages. These buildings add a new layer of charm to the city’s coastline making it stand out to virtual visitors.
