Cody ‘No Love’ Garbrandt was born on the 7th of July in 1991 to John Meese and Jessica Enos.
He made his MMA debut in December 2012 and took the UFC by storm when he won the Bantamweight championship against Dominick Cruz at UFC 207, hardly two years after signing up with the promotion.
He is now ranked number 4 in the bantamweight rankings.
Garbrandt made his professional MMA debut on the 29th of December 2012, at Pinnacle FC: Pittsburgh Challenge Series. In two years time Garbrandt went 5-0 up in his professional MMA career.
This earned him a shot in the UFC. He made his promotional debut against Marcus Brimage on the 3rd of January, 2015 at UFC 182. Coincidentally, ‘The face of the fight game’ Conor McGregor had made his UFC debut against Brimage, as well.
Garbrandt marked his UFC debut with a TKO victory over Brimage, and there was no looking after that. He quickly rose through the ranks, and was scheduled to face the then Bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz at UFC 207.
Garbrandt put on an absolute clinic against Cruz, as he emerged victorious via. unanimous decision to win the Bantamweight title.
However, his reign did not last long, as he lost his title to TJ Dillashaw at UFC 217, and failed to recapture it against Dillashaw, once against at UFC 227. Another loss to Pedro Munhoz pegged him back, even further.
But Garbrandt snapped his three-fight skid with a victory over Raphael Assuncao at UFC 250, last year. He is now ranked number 4 in the bantamweight division rankings.

Garbrandt took home a whopping $315,000 for his knockout win over Raphael Assuncao at UFC 250. The win also saw Garbrandt take home the Performance of the Night bonus.

Garbrandt was raised mostly by his mother Jessica Enos. He has a brother named Zach, who is 10 months elder than him. His father has been described as a drug addict in many of Garbrandt’s interviews. Garbrandt’s parents separated when he was just a year old.

Font, on the other hand, has been on a three-fight unbeaten streak, which includes victories over Marlon Moraes and Sergio Pettis.
Cody picked up one of his most famous knockouts at UFC 250. It was the final seconds of the second round when he ducked a punch before unleashing an incredible right hand that knocked out his opponent.
